About the condo
Located in the Kona Region (Dry side) of The Big Island, the condo is a top floor unit providing panoramic ocean views from both inside the unit and from your own private lanai. This location makes the famous Kona Sunsets all the more amazing. The condo is just under 900 sq. feet, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with the guest room set up perfectly for young visitors and includes it's own flat screen television with cable programming provided. This unit was made for the family so bring the kids! With a fully stocked kitchen and available dinning on the lanai, even a night at the condo is a treat. The condo has tile throughout, in unit washer and dryer and the master bath was recently remodeled with new features. The living room has beautiful bamboo furniture and a 50" flat screen television with cable programming provide. WiFi is also provided. Eat on the lanai, in the dinning room or at the bar. Both bathrooms have both tub and shower available. The condo is perfectly centrally located south of Kailua Village up out of the rat race but with in minutes of everything the village has to offer. From the condo you can be in both North and South Kona within minutes. Surrounded by coffee farms, the condo is a sanctuary and at a 1.500' elevation it allows for cool breezes and comfortable nights. The unit is perfectly located for a trip to Wiakoloa and the Northern white sand beaches or to Volcano to check out the lave flows!
